Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC equipment and appliances
- Repairing and replacing faulty components such as compressors, motors, and control systems
- Installing new air conditioning and refrigeration units according to manufacturer specifications
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
- Maintaining detailed records of all work performed
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a certificate or diploma
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience as an Aircond Technician or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of using mobile apps handle complaints.
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
